ANNOUNCEMENTS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM YOUR HOA

REGARDING LUMOS DIGGING (last updated July 2025):

The HOA is aware that digging throughout our community is currently ongoing as Lumos installs buried fiber optic lines. The HOA Board is working closely with Lumos to minimize disruptions and damage to front yards. This includes having Lumos take inventory of front yards that have been dug up and now need sod (including analyzing the specific sod type). If you have any concerns or complications arising from the digging or sodding, please contact the HOA via email at whitefordlake@gmail.com

CAUTION — COPPERHEAD SNAKE SIGHTINGS AROND THE POND AREA (last updated July 2025):

It has been brought to the HOA's attention that sightings of copperhead snake(s) have been witnessed around the pond area and in the wooded areas near the pond. While sightings of these snakes are rare in our community, copperhead snakes are poisonous and can bite people and pets. Most snakes only bite when they feel threatened, so avoiding getting close to them is best practice. Be mindful of your surroundings and where you are stepping and if you have a dog, be aware of the area that your pet is exploring.
