IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM YOUR HOA

NOTICE — PLEASE PAY YOUR 2026 DUES:

The mandatory HOA dues will remain $50 annually and these funds help maintain our community by covering common area expenses such as entrance lighting, insurance, legal counsel, pond and dam area, signage and mailings, our website, and the hall rental for our annual meeting. If you have not paid your dues for 2026, please promptly make payment using the available methods listed below. If you owe dues to the HOA that go further back than this year's dues for 2026, please reach out to the HOA so we can provide you with an accurate amount owed.

Make your payment now:
Use Zelle (if your bank supports it). Simply go to your banking app, select Zelle, and send $50 to whitefordlake@gmail.com
Mail a check to: P.O. Box 1703, Lexington, SC 29071
Pay with cash (please contact us directly—do not mail cash)

If you’ve already taken care of your 2026 dues—thank you! No further action is needed. We also encourage you to frequently check the HOA website to stay up to date on homeowner responsibilities outlined in the By-Laws, Constitution, and Covenants & Restrictions. If you are a tenant, please pass this along to the landlord / property owner.

NOTICE — NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON THE DAM:

There have been reports of motorized dirt bikes using the pond access and going on the dam. Be advised that motorized vehicles are generally discourage or prohibited on pond dams in South Carolina by SCDES (formerly DHEC) because they can damage structural integrity, causing erosion, compaction, and failure risks. Dam owners are legally responsible for maintaining the dam in safe condition and keeping it free from damage caused by vehicles. Additionally, SCDES performs site inspections to identify issues like unauthorized vehicular use that could cause problems.

Whiteford Lake Subdivision is a beautiful neighborhood located just off Highway 6 in Lexington, SC. This neighborhood features a beautiful sign upon entering into the neighborhood. In addition to a nice entrance, this community has a reputation for friendly neighbors. There are also many cul-de-sacs to enhance privacy and to keep the neighborhood quiet.
